Return Process
- 1.Document the Issue
Take clear photos of the mangoes and the packaging immediately upon arrival to document any quality concerns or damage.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our freshness team at support@freshmango.com within 24 hours of receipt, including your order number and the photos taken.
- 3.Quality Review
Our produce experts will review your claim within one business day to determine if a refund or a fresh replacement shipment is appropriate.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch a new box of premium mangoes at no additional cost.
